There are indications that the body of the late Minister of State, Labour and Employment, Mr James Ocholi (SAN), his wife as well as son would be laid to rest next week.
A family source at the late minister’s residence in Kado Estate, Abuja, told our correspondent that barring any unforeseen circumstance, the family has proposed between Wednesday and Friday next week for the burial.
The development was made known during a visit of the Minister of Labour and Employment, Senator Chris Ngige to the bereaved family to inquire about the burial arrangement.
Senator Ngige is expected to convey the family’s proposal to President Muhammadu Buhari on the burial preparations.
According to the family source, the decision to bury the former minister as soon as possible was due to the fact that he died at a ‘young age’.

Osinbajo, who arrived at about 4:45pm, paid glowing tributes to the deceased, adding that “we have lost someone we held in high esteem.

But the late Ocholi has stated in his last word at a church service he attended in Kaduna before the auto crash on Sunday, counselled the congregation about the end time and the need to pray for the APC to succeed.
The deceased was in Kaduna at the instance of the General Overseer of Restoration Bible Church, Pastor Tunde Bolanta, to partake in the final day of a week long activities of the church in Kaduna.
